Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup glaze
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp real lemon lemon juice
Sauce on Top:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1Tbsp real lemon lemon juice
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all of glaze ingredients in a medium sized bowl and set aside
- In a large bowl combine meatloaf ingredients and 1/3 cup of your glaze
- Shape into a loaf and bake 1 hour; pour off fat
- Cover with remaining glaze and place back into oven and bake an additional 15 mins or until done in center.
