Cappuccino Strength Smoothie

Servings: 1 | Prep Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz cold water
  • 1 packet vanilla Myoplex Lite
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Pour cold water in blender. Then add Myoplex powder and blend on medium speed for 15 seconds. 
  2. Add coffee, blend for 15 seconds. Add ice cubes and blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 more seconds.
  3. Pour into a tall glass.
