Cottage Cheese and Apple

Servings: 1 | Prep Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 portion low-fat cottage cheese (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • sugar substitute, to taste
  • 1 portion-size apple

Directions:

  1. Place cottage cheese in a small bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar substitute. 
  2. Slice apple into wedges and place on a small plate.
