Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Servings: 1 | Prep Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz cold water
  • 1 packed vanilla Myoplex Lite
  • 1 small banana
  • 6 frozen strawberries

Directions:

  1. Pour cold water in blender. Then add powder and blend for 15 seconds.
  2. Add banana; blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Add frozen strawberries and blend on high 30 seconds.
