Ingredients:
- 12 oz cold water
- 1 packed vanilla Myoplex Lite
- 1 small banana
- 6 frozen strawberries
Directions:
- Pour cold water in blender. Then add powder and blend for 15 seconds.
- Add banana; blend for 30 seconds.
- Add frozen strawberries and blend on high 30 seconds.
