Note: It’s January. Trying to get back into the swing of school and work.
The perfect grilled steak is excellent and very easy. In the winter it seemed like it needed about 10 minutes on the grill.
The Prosciutto Soup was a real shocker to me. I couldn’t believe the kids ate it and asked for more.
The Pork with Applesauce takes a solid hour to fix. Make sure you have that kind of time when you start.
The Applesauce recipe is SO easy! Make some for the kids, and then use the leftovers for the pork tenderloin recipe.
School lunch notes:
* With Straw and Hay leftovers
** With Prosciutto Soup
*** with Little Green Pouch of smoothie instead of smoothie pop, blueberry muffin
