Note: The Stuffed Chicken recipe calls for “Chicken Cutlets”. These are more expensive than just buying chicken breasts. Make your own. Follow the first few directions HERE.

Note: Cook 6 chicken breasts on the grill on Sunday- when you have it fired up anyway. Reserve 3 for dinner on Monday night and make the chicken salad on Tuesday.
